Standard delivery charge is £3.95 .Some restrictions apply.
Deliveries will be dispatched by courier and may require a signature on delivery. The person signing for the delivery must be at least 18 years old.
If you are unavailable when the courier attempts to deliver they will make every effort to follow any additional delivery instructions you provide at checkout or , leave the items in a safe place or with a neighbour. If they’re unable to do so, they will leave a card with contact numbers and alternative delivery options. The courier will then attempt to deliver your order again on the next working day, after which you will need to contact the courier to arrange a suitable time. If you don’t contact them within 4 days your order will be returned to us. We will attempt to contact you to re-arrange delivery but if we can’t do so, your order will be cancelled and we will refund the cost of the items you purchased to the card used for purchase. We reserve the right to retain any delivery charge in the event of failed delivery.
If we have your mobile number or landline number we will contact you with delivery updates wherever possible. If you have not already provided your mobile number, please update the ‘My details’ section in My Account.
